Shipping policy

1. In-Store Pickup:

Free in-store pickup is available at our Melbourne City location.

Please kindly collect your pickup order within 28 days after receiving the pickup notification. If the order hasn't been collected within this period, a small storage fee of $0.10 per day will apply. 

Orders unclaimed for more than 6 months will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of without refund.  

2. Shipping Fee:

Orders over $109: Free shipping within Victoria.

Orders under $109: $9 flat shipping fee within Victoria.

Orders over $209: Free shipping Australia-wide.

Orders under $209: $11 flat shipping fee Australia-wide.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are vary by destination.

3. Shipping Methods:

We use Australia Post Standard shipping for all orders with free shipping.

If you wish to upgrade to Express shipping, please select the option at checkout (additional charges apply).

If you wish to upgrade to DHL or other shipping methods, please contact us at info@melridai.com.au or via WeChat at melridai or melridai02 for shipping arrangements

4. Tracking & Address Changes:

A tracking number will be provided after the order is shipped.

If you need to change your address or other details after shipment, please contact the courier's customer service directly.

5. Shipping Timeframes:

Orders received before 11:00 AM (AEST) will be shipped on the same day once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays may be delayed.

6. Damaged Items:

If any items are damaged upon receipt, please contact us within three days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
